I've thought Win Server 2003 is enough modern piece of software not to have classic bloopers like this one.
P.S. Choosing Yes did a copy.
Update: A second though revealed they were trying to ask not whether I need copy or move, but whether I need to perform the operation (being it copy or move). Bad wording anyway.

Windows-specific.
A site in the .com domain can save a page to a file name equal to the domain name. If that file happen to be valid .com executable that might be executed by a user easily...
